Company Profile

Founded in 1964 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Air Cooled
Exchangers is the oldest and largest privately held air-cooled heat
exchanger company in the country. It has been located at its present 18
acre facility in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma since 1974.

In order to meet the quick deliveries which our
customers demand and have become our trademark, we fabricate nearly all
of the components that go into our coolers. This includes not only the
structure and headers, but the louvers and fin-tubes as well. Our six
finning machines can fin both carbon steel and stainless tubes from 5/8"
to 1-1/2" O.D. They apply a high-performance fin with far superior heat
transfer characteristics than a conventional smooth fin, giving us the
ability to meet or exceed the performance of other cooler suppliers.

Our shop is supported by an experienced and dedicated
engineering and management team, many of whom have been in the
air-cooled heat exchanger business for over 30 years. Offices are
located in a 7,000 square foot building adjacent to our shop. We use
the latest engineering and drafting tools to provide accurate drawings,
3D models, and other necessary engineering information to our customers
in a timely manner, normally within 1-3 days of an order.

Our product line includes horizontal and vertical
coolers, both forced draft and induced draft, engine drive or electrical
driven, ranging in size from a single 18" diameter fan to multiple fan
units up to 16 ft. diameter. Pressure ranges to 10,000 PSI are
available.
