All parts sent to ACE must have an RA number and must have the below form filled out and sent with the part.

RA numbers can be received by calling (918)-251-7477 and speaking with our Parts/Warranty Department or

emailing the information required from the Return Authorization Form to RMA@ace-coolers.net
